Biography

A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Lisa Miller is a tireless advocate for her private and public sector clients. As President of M & M Strategies, Inc. Ms. Miller has used her extensive contacts inside and outside Arkansas government to build an impressive client list that includes national retail chains and Fortune 500 companies.

Lisa’s professional career is marked with notable achievements and strong relationships with decision makers inside Arkansas and beyond. Prior to founding M & M Strategies in 2013, Ms. Miller was a member of the Governmental Affairs and Lobbying Team for the Mitchell, Williams, Selig & Gates Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. While helping to build and sustain an extensive governmental operations practice, Lisa’s experiences included; reviewing and monitoring legislations, executive actions and administrative rules and regulations.

Formerly, Lisa served as Special Projects Coordinator for the Arkansas Secretary of State and was liaison between the office of Secretary of State and other state agencies. In her role, Ms. Miller was honored to represent the Secretary of State at numerous public functions.

During her six-year tenure with the Arkansas Ethics Commission, Lisa gained extensive knowledge and instrumental experience working with the state’s lobbying challenges and navigating complex campaign laws. Since launching M & M Strategies, her expertise continues to guide clients as they navigate to meet 21^st century challenges with strategic solutions.

In 2006, Lisa served as 4^th Congressional District Director for Governor Mike Beebe’s successful gubernatorial campaign. Near the end of the Governor’s service, Lisa was appointed to serve on the state’s Auctioneer Licensing Board.
